Every MugenHub project follows the same four-phase process. You know what we are doing, what you will receive, and when it lands — from day one to launch day.
Our Four-Phase Process
1. Discovery & Strategy
We spend time understanding your business, your target audience, and what success looks like. This is where we ask the questions that prevent expensive mistakes later. No code is written until we have a shared, written understanding of what we are building.
Typical Duration:3–5 Days

2. Design & Prototype
Before we write a single line of code, you see exactly what your site will look like. We build interactive prototypes in Figma so you can review, request changes, and sign off on the final design. What you approve is what we build.
Typical Duration:1–2 Weeks

3. Development & Testing
We build your site using modern, maintainable code (Next.js, Tailwind CSS). You receive scheduled demos as milestones complete. Every page is tested on mobile, tablet, and desktop, and cross-browser verified before we move forward.

4. Launch & Handover
We deploy to a global CDN, submit your sitemap to Google Search Console, and run final speed and accessibility checks. We then walk you through managing your own content so you are never dependent on us for day-to-day updates.
