Student information system for a private K-12 school in Metro Manila, with portals for admin, registrar, accounting, the principal, teachers, students, and parents.
Approach
Built one platform with role-based dashboards: online admissions with status tracking, registrar tools for enrollment, sections, grades, and graduation, a DepEd e-Class Record for teachers, and tuition assessment, receipts, ESC/QVR subsidies, and statements of account for accounting. Parents check balances and upload payment proofs, students scan QR ID cards at the gate with an Android app that can text parents, and staff sign in with their school Microsoft 365 accounts.
